1) 使用统一的信纸,如把公司LOGO或公司名称作水印的信纸等。既体现公司专业性,又能让买家记住自己。网络下 载的信纸一般不适合商务使用。
2) 邮件规范。
○邮件主题突出重点又有针对性。
比如您的公司名字是Easy2Bid,这封邮件的内容是给一款产品A的报价,那么主题可以写“Easy2Bid/quotation of item A”。这样可以方便客户和您查找信息。对于来往邮件很多的客户,清晰的主题可以让他对邮件内容有初步的了解,节省筛选的时间。
○邮件版面整洁:
字体、文字大小、色彩统一,切忌全篇文字都是大小或全部小写,给买家以不专业的形象。对一些需要特别提醒客户注意的地方,可以用大写、加粗、特殊颜色等突出显示。
○落款有公司名称、网址等详细联系方式,方便买家了解更多信息。
询盘回复格式
1) 称呼:在知道对方姓名的情况下,称呼一定要写明白。
2) 感谢对方来盘。
3) 邮件主体:包括品名、最小订购量、产品图片、产品标准、价格术语、装运港、目的港、运输方式、佣金或标明是净价、是否包含目的港费用。包装:包括内外包装尺寸,以及装箱量,目的港是否打托盘等。交货期:生产时间、运输时间等。总之要尽可能详细。如果邮件正文内容太多,可以把部分内容放在附件,比如正文介绍两款主打产品,附件放同类的其他产品介绍。
4) 落款:包括自己的姓名、职务和详细的联系方式等。
